Export packaging for epoxy fiberglass tubes

Protected Packing

Finished tubes are protected with wrapping, pallet support and shipment labels.

Step 1

Filament Winding

Glass fiber tension, winding angle, and resin wet-out are controlled around the approved tube construction.

Step 2

Resin Curing

The thermal cure cycle is matched to the selected epoxy resin system and intended performance requirement.

Step 3

Machining & Finishing

Tube ends, bores, holes, grooves, flanges, and other interface features are machined to drawing.

Step 4

Dimensional Inspection

ID, OD, wall thickness, length, concentricity, and specified tolerances are checked before release.

Step 5

Quality Inspection & Packing

Agreed inspection records, surface protection, labeling, and export packing are confirmed before shipment.
